GRAPHIC & WEB DESIGNER

We are looking for an experienced, versatile graphic designer to join our team at Tethos Creative.

Our ideal candidate is proficient in the design of brands, websites, marketing collateral, and layout. They should enjoy thinking outside of the box, be collaborative, and can work on various projects simultaneously. They will need to attend to deadlines in an often fast paced environment and be able to volley numerous tasks between different clients and from different industries. The designer will work on/assist on a variety of creative and production assignments, including but not limited to:

- Layout and design of business & marketing web and print materials to established brand and production standards,

- Design and implement websites and landing pages,

- Implement content into existing web and press frameworks,

- Design web and press ready files for new and existing designs, and

- Design web pages, videos, and packaging assets

Following are mandatory requirements:

- Advanced experience in the Adobe Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop

- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS

- Experience in online site platforms (Squarespace, Wordpress, Hubspot, Mailchimp, etc.)

- Knowledge of print requirements

- Proficiency in Word or Mac Office Suite

- Ability to work with a creative team, take direction, be flexible with assignments and revisions, and design along existing brand guides

- High attention to detail, organized, and can manage time, meet deadlines and work efficiently

- Excellent communication and responsiveness

- Aptitude and willingness to learn

- Three (3) years of working experience (agency or freelance) in graphic design at minimum

The following skills are a bonus, but not requirements:

- Experience with 3D applications

- After Effects animation/motion graphics

- Video editing in Premiere

We are looking to find a designer who can work with our Creative Director, starting at 10-20 hours part-time, with the potential of a full-time salaried position with benefits after a probationary period. Competitive pay based on job start and completion rates. We are a creative and diverse team of top-notch designers who work with clients spanning across all industries.
